The Client was seeking to refinance their existing line of credit, along with consolidate outstanding letters of credit and provide fresh working for their business. Despite the fact they lost money in 2018, they experienced a strong turn around in the second half of 2018 and the trailing 12 months and year to date supported the loan request. We were able to secure financing at an attractive rate to replace their existing line of credit with our private investors.
