The Client was seeking term debt secured by their owner-occupied industrial facility, owned free and clear, in order to facilitate the growth and expansion of their business. The business had not yet turned profitable, so they needed a lender that would fund them the money based on projections. We were able to secure financing with our private investors at a reasonable rate to get the Client the working capital needed in order to continue growing their business.
