The Client was seeking to refinance the existing mortgage on the commercial office building that was partially occupied by his business (less than 50%), along with taking some cash out to provide fresh working capital for the business. We were able to secure financing with our private investors at an attractive fixed rate to facilitate the refinance and get the client the cash out they were looking for.
